This service provides the permanent and regular medical
treatment in the rural and needy areas. The decision to establish
a dispensary/medical center is based on an initial survey which
is normally conducted during medical camps. The investment and establishment

1. The Scope of project with respect to the area.
2. Availability of the local resources; both human and material
resources.
3. 60%-40% investment plan between MAWA and local team (negotiate
able).
